Fancy Friday - In-Colour Challenge

Hello friends!  Welcome to Fancy Friday, a blog hop where some fancy stamping friends share our fancy stamping projects!  We are super excited to share some inspiring colour combinations using the upcoming In-Colours from the Stampin' Up! 2017-2018 Catalogue, being released June 1st.  You're currently with me, Shannon, in Calgary, Alberta, Canada - thanks for stopping by!

The colour combination I chose for this project was using Berry Burst, a rich pinkish-purple, paired with two of my favourites, Bermuda Bay and Old Olive.

I love this fun combo - in fact, I made four cards with it this week!  It is bright, fun, bold, and rich.

This card features a whole bunch of new supplies from the upcoming catalogue, in addition to that beautiful colour.  How many can you spot?  Are you dying to get your hands on this gorgeous stamp set, called Oh So Eclectic, or the beautiful Wood Textures DSP?

I softened the stamped images by spraying the inked-up stamps with water before stamping; I love the blurred, painted look it creates.  So pretty!

If you're dying to get your hands on a copy of the 2017-2018 Stampin' Up! Catalogue, give me a shout - my contact info is on the right side of this blog.  Canada only, please!  To view the products currently available online (retiring May 31 and many of them on sale), please visit my Online Canadian Stampin' Up! store.  Don't forget the host code - it's your key to a bundle of free Stampin' Up! supplies in the mail with your order - there's just a few days left to take advantage of this killer deal.  June will be a new special, so be sure not to miss out on May!

Let's hop over to the ever-creative Erica Cerwin and see what she's whipped up this week.

Thank you so much for visiting - I can't wait to share this new Stampin' Up! catalogue with you in a few days!

Cheers,
Shannon
